Anne has been practicing yoga since her twenties, and her practice has evolved just as her life has. She believes yoga has a unique power to help us age with grace, strength, and wisdom. It offers a pathway to maintain flexibility and strength while tapping into our inner wisdom. Yoga teaches us to honor where we are in each moment, guiding us to move with intention and mindfulness. Anne's goal is to share this transformative practice in a way that supports not only physical well-being but also fosters a deeper connection to ourselves. Yoga has saved her time and again, and she loves sharing this with others.

Anne's primary yoga training was in Costa Rica with Indira Klambach. She has also trained in women’s yoga and somatic practices at Prajna Yoga with Tias and Surya Little, completed training in Yin and Restorative yoga, and trained with Living Yoga to bring trauma-informed practice to people from all walks of life.
