The Fit Over 40 Program is here to make lasting change a reality, not just another short-lived attempt. Designed for women in mid-life, focused on improving peri/menopause symptoms, this 2-month program starting January 2025 will help you unlock the motivation to move in ways that are meaningful and sustainable.  

​With small, intentional behavioral changes and a compassionate approach, we’ll break down the barriers that have held you back. Whether your goal is better health, more energy, or simply to reconnect with yourself, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Here's What You'll Get:

Start-Strong Lauch Call

In this 1:1 video call, you & I will connect to uncover your reasons for wanting more movement and what’s been holding you back from health goals.  Do you want to increase energy?  Get stronger? Keep up with your family? Gain/lose/maintain weight?

Small-group Connection

These sessions are designed to connect you with other women facing similar challenges. You’ll gain valuable insights through the latest evidence-based information on nutrition, movement, and sleep. Plus, your coach will provide spotlight coaching that benefits the whole group.

Weekly Accountability & Goal-Setting

Every Monday, message your dedicated health coach to set your intentions, define your weekly goals, and keep track of your progress.

Finish-Strong Coaching Call

In your final video coaching session we will celebrate your progress and discuss next steps you can take to maintain your habits & envison what comes next in life with this increased energy, strength and resilience!

Ongoing Support

Receive consistent, compassionate support throughout the program, via asynchronous video or text messaging to helping you stay on track without feeling overwhelmed.

She is holistic wellness professional for over 20 years. She is a certification Health Coach & Life Coach, and a certified yoga therapist.

She has navigated tremendous change in midlife and can help you take control of the things you CAN control, helping to give you the energy you need to do what's most important to you.
